JSSC Primary Teacher Apply Online 2024

The applications for JSSC PRT Recruitment must be submitted online. The steps for the same are listed below.

Step 1: Visit the JSSC Application Portal.

Step 2: Click on the link to apply for the Jharkhand Trained Primary Teacher Combined Competitive Examination (JTPTCCE).

Step 3: Click on New Registration, and complete the registration.

Step 4: Fill out the JSSC PRT  application form.

JSSC Primary Teacher Selection Process 2024

The selection of candidates for the JSSC Intermediate Trained Assistant Teacher/ Primary Teacher post will be based on the following:

JSSC Primary Teacher Eligibility

The candidates applying for the post of JSSC Trained Assistant Teacher for Primary classes must ensure that they fulfil the required eligibility in terms of their age, qualifications, etc. The details of the JSSC Primary Teacher Eligibility Criteria are listed in this section.

JSSC PRT Age Limit

The age of the applicants for JSSC Primary Teacher Recruitment must at least be 21 years. The upper age limit for candidates of different categories should be as follows:

JSSC Primary Teacher Qualifications

To be eligible for the Jharkhand Primary Teacher post, candidates must necessarily have qualified the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) and possess either of the following qualifications:

• 12th/Higher Secondary or equivalent (with at least 50%) + 2-year D.El.Ed course
• Higher Secondary or equivalent (with at least 40%) + 2-year D.El.Ed course recognized by NCTE
• 12th/Higher Secondary or equivalent (with at least 50%) + 4-year B.El.Ed course
• 12th/Higher Secondary or equivalent (with at least 50%)  + Diploma in Special Education
• Graduation + 2-year D.El.Ed course.

JSSC Primary Teacher Exam Pattern 2024

The candidates must be aware of the JSSC Primary Teacher Exam Pattern in order to strategically plan their exam preparation while keeping ion mind the sectional weightage and marking scheme for the examination. Details of the same are given below.

• The examination comprises of three papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2 of 100 marks each, and Paper 3 of 200 marks.
• The duration of Paper 1 and Paper 2 is 2 hours each, while for Paper 3 the time allotted is 3 hours.

JSSC Primary Teacher Salary

Candidates appointed as JSSC Intermediate Trained Assistant Teachers will be entitled to salary as per Pay Matrix Level 4. The pay scale will be  INR 25,500- INR 81,100.
